About Us

The Crafts Center at CHF International contributes to economic development through field programs and coordination of an international network dedicated to supporting low-income artisans. Through targeted training and business development services, the provision of market linkages, and the development of business associations, our programs empower entrepreneurs to compete in the global marketplace and improve the quality of their own lives.

Since 1986, the Crafts Center has offered technical assistance and training and linked partners and members in more than 55 countries worldwide. Since 1952, CHF International has worked in more than 100 countries.

The Crafts Center at CHF International's membership program connects low-income artisans to markets, resources, information and training and vice versa.  Crafts Center membership means being part of an international professional network that spans more than 100 countries on five continents. Membership helps artisans connect with a large number of buyers worldwide through our international network.
