The Crafts Center loves to hear from artisans and artisan advocates all over the world. We are always working to improve the information we have and get it to those in need. Please contact us with any questions, crafts information or other input you may have.

Jennifer Marcy, Crafts Center Manager
Ms. Marcy oversees the development of worldwide training and assistance programs that improve livelihoods for craftspeople.  This includes the design and implementation of a strategic business plan, oversight of the membership program, and coordination of field initiatives through some 35 CHF International field offices. She is the editor of the leading international technical journal, Crafts News; the annual Crafts Center Trend Report; and other publications and online resources. 

Currently, Ms. Marcy is developing proposals for new projects in various countries across the world. She is also active in visiting the Crafts Center's current programs and building the capacity of artisans and associations to develop their business development skills.  She is overseeing Crafts Center's activities and client services, including: business consulting, market readiness assessments, product assessments and recommendations, market orientations to prepare participants for the import/export process and participation in trade fairs and industry events.
